Terms of use

These terms cover your use of this website. They are deliberately short: deykon.ai is an informational site with one form on it. There are no accounts, no payments and nothing to subscribe to. If you join the Early Adopter Programme, that is governed by a separate written agreement, not by this page.

Who operates this site

deykon.ai is operated by DEYKON LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17451368), registered address 7 Lower Brook Street, Oswestry, Shropshire, England, SY11 2HG. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this site describes

DEYKON is in active development. The site describes what the platform is designed to do and the direction it is being built in. Wording such as "designed to" or "being built to" is doing real work: it marks a capability that is planned or in progress rather than available today.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a warranty, a roadmap commitment, or a promise that any particular capability will exist, work in a particular way, or arrive on a particular date. Do not make a purchasing, hiring or architectural decision on the basis of this site alone. If a specific capability matters to you, ask us and we will tell you honestly where it stands.

Registering interest

Submitting the Early Adopter Programme form is an expression of interest and nothing more. It does not create a contract, guarantee that we will contact you, guarantee acceptance onto the programme, or entitle you to access anything.

If we do take things further, participation and its scope — including any charges and any confidentiality arrangements — will be agreed with you separately and in writing before anything begins.

Please give us accurate details. We may decline or remove a registration that appears automated, deliberately false, or submitted on someone else's behalf without their knowledge.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

We may block access if any of this happens.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice, including while the product is in development.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, design, diagrams, imagery and code — belongs to DEYKON LTD or its licensors, and is protected by copyright and other rights. You may read it, and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not reproduce it substantially, or use it commercially, without our written permission.

The DEYKON name and wordmark are unregistered trade marks of DEYKON LTD. The typefaces used on this site, Archivo and IBM Plex, are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and remain the property of their respective authors.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Subject to that, the site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that its content is accurate, complete or current, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or anything you rely on from it.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights if you are dealing with us as a consumer.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a third-party site, we do so for information only. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Notice.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version always appears on this page. These terms were last updated on 12 September 2026.
