Privacy Notice

This notice explains what we do with personal data collected through deykon.ai. It is short because we collect little: there is one form on this site, and nothing else about you is gathered, tracked or sold.

Who we are

What we collect

When you register interest in the Early Adopter Programme, we store what you type into the form:

Required

Your name, your work email address, your organisation, and the delivery challenge you select from the list.

Optional

Your role, any free-text detail you add about your challenge, what you would like to get from the programme, and your rough timing. You can leave all of these blank.

Added automatically

The date and time you submitted, a reference code so we can find your record, a note that you ticked the consent box, and which page the form was submitted from.

If you email us instead — for example using the address offered for questions and feedback — we hold that correspondence and your email address so we can reply.

What we deliberately do not collect

We do not store your IP address. To stop the form being abused, we derive a one-way, salted hash of the connecting address and use it to count recent submissions. That hash is held for up to 24 hours and then deleted. It cannot be reversed to identify you, and the address itself is never written down.

We set no cookies. We use no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or session recording. We do not build a profile of you, make automated decisions about you, or sell or rent personal data to anyone.

This site makes no third-party requests at all. Every asset it loads — including its typefaces — is served from deykon.ai. Nothing about your visit reaches any other company's servers, and no external service can see that you were here. Our content security policy enforces this rather than merely promising it.

Microsoft, as our hosting provider, records ordinary connection metadata — including IP addresses — as part of operating the platform and protecting it from abuse. That is Microsoft's logging, not ours, and we do not use it to identify visitors.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details only to consider your organisation for the Early Adopter Programme and to contact you about it. We do not use them for unrelated marketing.

Our lawful basis is consent, given when you tick the box on the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time, and withdrawing it is as easy as giving it — one email to the address above. Withdrawal does not affect anything we did lawfully beforehand.

How long we keep it

We keep registration records for 24 months from our last contact with you, after which they are deleted. If you ask us to delete your record sooner, we will, unless we are required to keep something for a legal reason.

Where your data is stored and processed

Registration records are stored in Microsoft Azure Table Storage in the UK South region, and the code that receives and writes them runs in UK South as well. Microsoft Corporation and its group companies act as our processor under their standard data protection terms.

To be straightforward about one detail: this website is served through Microsoft's global content delivery network, and the front door that receives your request before passing it to our UK service is hosted outside the UK. Your submission therefore passes through Microsoft infrastructure outside the UK in transit, even though it is processed and stored in the UK. Microsoft's standard contractual clauses cover these transfers.

Who else sees it

Only people working on DEYKON who need to see it. We do not share registration data with third parties for their own purposes. Besides Microsoft as described above, we currently use no CRM, email marketing platform or other processor for this data. If that changes, we will update this notice before the change takes effect.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted;
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw your consent at any time.

Email privacy@deykon.ai, or write to the address above, and we will respond within one month. There is no charge for making a request.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.

Changes

If we change how we use personal data, we will update this notice and change the date below. This notice was last updated on 12 September 2026.
